Payment Options and Questions

For your convenience, Ingram Healthcare accepts a variety of payment options, including cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover and American Express.  For patients with insurance, we'll be happy to help with paperwork and file your claims with your insurance carrier, depending on what services you are seeing the doctor for.

We do NOT file on insurance for  WellnessPro Machine, Acupuncture, or BrainCore Therapy, at this time. Insurance does not cover  WellnessPro sessions. Acupuncture and BrainCore Therapy are rarely covered by insurances for a D.C. If you want to claim these types of services with your insurance, you will have to send the claim in yourself. We will be happy to give you all the information and reciept of the services rendered on that day to send the claim in yourself.

We DO NOT take Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients with a LOP/Attorney. We only take PIP coverage through your own automobile insurance. We DO NOT file with third party insurance carriers. We will bill either your insurance and they retain refund from the third party insurance, or we will bill you and whomever represents you can retain a refund from a third party carrier.
